Dear Concilmembers:
I am opposed to Bill 270 as it stands. There needs to be some sort of amendment allowing alternative
codes and regulations. Especially when the bill includes the insanity of changing offenses from a civil
to a criminal offense. This latter definitely needs to be stricken from the bill. Thank you for considering
