Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 177 -11, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 177 -11, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via Communication
No. 412, dated October 5, 2011, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of
more than one fiscal year for a multi -year lease for nine (9) multi- function copiers for the Police
Department. They currently have eight (8) copiers with expired leases and in need of
replacement, and they have one (1) location (Maunalani Substation) which needs a new copier,
as it does not currently have one.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 177 -11,
and recommends its adoption.
