SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to Bill No. 127; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2,
Article 43, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, As Amended) By
Amending Section 2 -219, Section 2 -220, and Section 2 -223, and Add a New
Section, Relating to the Budget Stabilization Fund
Please see below proposed amendments to Bill No. 127.
1. The title of Bill No. 127 is amended by replacing the word "EDITIION" with the word
"EDITION ".
2. The article number and name are added to material proposed for amendment within
SECTION 2 of Bill No. 127; said article number and name to read: "Article 43. Budget
Stabilization Fund."
As these are "housekeeping" amendments that have a limited application, no draft copy of Bill
No. 127, Draft 2, is attached.
