43, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended) By Amending
Section 2 -219, Section 2 -220, Section 2 -221, Section 2 -222, and Section 2 -223,
and Add a New Section, Relating to the Budget Stabilization Fund
