COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), TO BE REPLACED BY A
NEW CHAPTER 5, RELATING TO BUILDING.
Please find attached Bill 270 Draft 4, which incorporates the amendments duly approved by
Communication 128.74, as amended, in the Council meeting of November 2, 2011. Bill 270 Draft 4 was
then recommitted to the Public Works and Parks and Recreation Committee.
