Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 133, reports as follows:
Bill 133, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via Communication No. 442, dated
October 19, 2011, amends Ordinance No. 11 -86, Section 1, which amended Ordinance No. 11-
59, pertaining to the amendment of the Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the fiscal
year ending June 30, 2012. The amendment is as follows:

The purpose of this measure is to correct the funding source account number cited in Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 11 -86.
Office of the Prosecuting Attorney Business Manager Nancy Kelly appeared before Your
Committee.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 133, and
recommends it pass first reading.
