This letter is to replace the award letter dated May 23, 2011 for FY 2009 Victims of
Crime Act (VOCA) funds for the Victim Assistance Program. The award amount was increased
by $16,430 upon request of the Program Coordinator Phyllis Shinno due to returned funds from
another project. The new amount is:

$ 78,758 20% Match
$ 2,000 Federal Admin
$395,791 Total
