Proposed Amendment To Bill No. 141, draft 1; An Ordinance Amending
Ordinance No. 11 -60, As Amended, Relating To Public Improvements And
Financing Thereof For The Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 To June 30, 2012.

Please find attached a proposed amendment to Bill No. 141. Amendments are illustrated below
via Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 141 (material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is underscored).
Section 2 of Bill No. 141 is amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable

General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and /or other Sources
(To be determined)
A draft copy of Bill No. 141, Draft 2, is attached incorporating these amendments.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2011 TO JUNE 30, 2012.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11 -60, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012,
is hereby amended by adding the following appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Tsunami Damage Projects - FEMA

Tsunami Damage Projects - County

SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
