From Public Works Director Warren Lee, dated October 28, 2011. The bill adds “(86)
Kino‘ole Street, east (makai) side, from a point ninety-five feet north (Hāmākua) of
Mamo Street, to Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28, No Parking at
anytime, subsection (c), South Hilo.
Recommends passage of Bill 135 on first reading:
Ayes: Committee Members Ford, Ikeda, Onishi, Pilago, Smart,
Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Blas.
Noes: None.
Absent: Committee Member Hoffmann.
