SUBJECT: Transmittal of a Resolution authorizing the Director
of Finance to negotiate a five -year lease with Hope
Services Hawai'i, Inc. for the purpose of providing
Housing and Services to homeless persons at a set
lease rental amount of ten dollars per year is
recommended for approval by the HCHA on November 15,
2011.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
the Resolution listed below to the Hawai'i County Housing Agency
and received approval on November 15, 2011. The votes for the
Resolution are as follows:
Approval of an Appropriation Ordinance for the
2010 -2011 Neighborhood Stabilization Program
Funds.
