I have received a request from Richard Ha to do a presentation on December 6 in the
Agriculture, Water and Energy Sustainability Committee. Mr. Ha recently attended the
Association for the Study of Peak Oil (ASPO) Conference in Washington, D.C. and
would like to share some information with the Council. Please allow about 45 minutes
for the presentation.
