There are ten proposed Bills for an Act and <br /> four proposed Resolutions as follows: <br /> 1) Proposed Bill for an Act Relating to Traffic Infractions. <br /> 2) Proposed Bill for an Act Relating to Housing. <br /> 3) Proposed Bill for an Act Relating to Food Labeling. <br /> 4) Proposed Bill for an Act Relating to Agricultural Product Branding and Country or <br /> Region of Origin Labeling. <br /> 5) Proposed Bill for an Act Relating to Gallonage Tax on Liquor. <br /> 6) Proposed Bill for an Act Relating to the Employees' Retirement System. <br /> 7) Proposed Bill for an Act Relating to the Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund. <br /> 8) Proposed Bill for an Act Relating to Adult Residential Care Homes. <br /> 9) Proposed Bill for an Act Relating to Collective Bargaining. <br /> 10) Proposed Bill for an Act Relating to Liability. <br /> 11) Resolution urging U.S. Government to reimburse counties for all costs relating to the <br /> Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders Meeting. <br /> 12) Resolution urging to ease Visa restrictions for the People's Republic of China. <br /> 13) Resolution urging the legislature of the State of Hawaii to provide funding for any <br /> activities mandated to any of the Counties by the State of Hawaii. <br /> 14) Senate and House Resolution urging the Governor and the Legislature of the State of <br /> Hawai`i to preserve the Counties' share for the Transient Accommodations Tax. <br /> Due to the time constraints for Council approval, I would like to request that this matter be <br /> waived to the next scheduled Council meeting. q p O <br /> Comm: No. O <br /> Ref.
