Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 154; Relating to Amending the Operating Budget for the
Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2012 (COPS 2011 Grant)

Please see below a proposed amendment to Bill No. 154 to remove duplication of the word
"grant" that appears twice in the Function and Activity section of Section 2. The proposed
amendment is illustrated by Ramseyer format (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken
through and bolded for emphasis).
Bill No. 154 is amended by amending Section 2 to read as follows:
"SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is /are hereby
appropriated to the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:
