CHAPTER 5 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS
AMENDED), TO BE REPLACED BY A NEW CHAPTER 5, RELATING TO
BUILDING
Please find attached Bill No. 270, Draft 5, which incorporates the amendments contained in
Communications 128.108, 128.109, and 128.110, as duly approved by the Committee on Public Works
and Parks and Recreation on December 6, 2011.
Bill No. 270, Draft 5, was subsequently postponed to the Committee on Public Works and Parks and
Recreation meeting to be held on December 20, 2011.
