Subject: Transmitting Resolution No. 196, Draft 2; Relating to Agenda Deadlines
Please find attached Resolution No. 196, Draft 2. Resolution No. 196 was amended by the
contents of Comm. No. 487.1, as duly approved by the Council during its meeting on December
7, 2011.
The Council suspended its rule requiring that bills and resolutions up for final reading that are
amended be held over until the next regular meeting (Rule No. 24(1e)), and subsequently
adopted Resolution No. 196, Draft 2.
