Please see below a proposed amendment to Bill No. 270, Draft 5. The proposed amendment to
Bill No. 270, Draft 5, is illustrated by Ramseyer format (material to be deleted is bracketed and
stricken through, material to be added is underscored).
SECTION 5, as provided in Bill No. 270, Draft 5, is amended as follows:
"SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect [ninety] thirty days after approval."
In an effort to conserve resources, no draft copy of Bill No. 270, Draft 6, is attached.
