Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 190-11, reports as follows:
Resolution 190-11, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via Communication No. 473,
dated November 22, 2011, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than
one fiscal year for a multi-year lease for one (1) multi-function copier for the Department of Parks
and Recreation.
The current copier is over five years old and near the end of its useful life. They wish to replace it
with a unit with comparable features, to be used in their administrative office located in the Aupuni
Center. This copier services the Administrative, Planning, Human Resources, Payroll and
Accounting sections of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution 190-11, and
recommends its adoption.
