enclosures with a favorable recommendation from Windward Planning Commission Chair
Zendo Kern. The applicants request a Change of Zone from Open(0)to Industrial-Commercial
Mixed(MCX-20)to construct a one-story, 8,000 square foot warehouse/office building with the
required number of parking stalls and a loading zone.
