IONAL MARINE SANCTUARY MANAGEMENT Overview it Designation e Legislation e Manage, Advisor e Mgmt PI Working Groups The Sanctuary Advisory Council has established 9 working groups at the December 15, 2010 meeting, based on issues identified during the 90 -day public comment and scoping process. The purpose of the working groups is to identify gaps in existing marine conservation efforts, to find possible roles that the sanctuary could play in the future and to develop recommendations for sanctuary management.
