RECOMMENDS THE CONFIRMATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. NEAL HERBERT: Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Ford, Hoffmann, Ikeda, Smart, Yoshimoto, and Chair Onishi - 7. Noes: None.
