presentation will be made by Hawai`i Island Programs Coordinator Justin Viezbicke
regarding an update on the management plan review process and the working group's
recommendations to the Sanctuary Advisory Council.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT COMMISSION

favorable recommendation of the above nomination.
RECOMMENDS THE CONFIRMATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF
MR. RUSSELL RUDERMAN:

Ikeda, Yoshimoto, and Chair Smart - 6.
Noes: None.
Absent: Committee Members Onishi, Pilago, and Yagong - 3.
