W. Lee, dated November 18, 2011, transmitting the above bill. Amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (c) (South Hilo), to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: “ [(5) Aupuni Street, both sides, for a distance of two hundred feet from its intersection with Kīlauea Avenue.] (5) Aupuni Street, northwest side, from a point one thousand one hundred seventy-eight feet southeast of Pauahi Street to Kīlauea Avenue. (6) Aupuni Street, northeast side, from a point one thousand one hundred twenty feet northwest of Kīlauea Avenue and extending two hundred sixty-seven feet in the northwesterly direction. (7) Aupuni Street, northeast side, from a point one thousand five hundred sixty-two feet northwest of Kīlauea Avenue to Pauahi Street. The State Building Code Council has reviewed and proposed the adoption of the 2006 International Building Code (IBC) with amendments.
