We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 4 (Pedestrians),
Section 24 -276, Schedule 24 (Crosswalks), paragraph (e) (Kohala) be amended by
adding new item and renumbering as required:
L) PANIOLO AVENUE, THREE HUNDRED FORTY FEET SOUTHWEST OF
HOOKO STREET.
This amendment was generated by a request to provide an additional crosswalk to
address the pedestrian traffic generated by the Waikoloa Elementary School.
A location map is attached for your reference.
