Enclosed herewith for the Council's action is a resolution authorizing the Mayor
to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Research Corporation of the
University of Hawaii to do an evaluation of the effectiveness of the DAT program, which
is a program to prevent underage consumption of drug, alcohol and tobacco by
school -age children.
