On July 22, 2011, Council adopted Resolution No. 105 -11, accepting a monetary contribution
in the amount of $75,000 from Na Leo '0 Hawaii, Inc. for production costs associated with
the videotaping of Council meetings for the period of July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this
$75,000 into the Videotaping — Na Leo `O Hawaii account.

A. REQUEST:
Resolution No. 105 -11, adopted on July 22, 2011, authorized the acceptance of a monetary contribution of
$75,000 from Na Leo 0 Hawaii to fund the production costs for the videotaping of Council meetings for the
period of July 1, 2011, through June 30, 2012.
Please prepare a bill for an ordinance to appropriate $75,000 as follows:
