Angel Pilago, dated December 15, 2011 stating that pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §92-2.5 (Permitted interactions of members) and Council Rule No. 7 (Ad Hoc Committees), requests the formation of an ad hoc committee. States the committee will be limited in scope to review and track proposed legislation during the 2012 State Legislative Session. Approved the scope of the ad hoc committee, as amended; and approved the ad hoc committee members: K. Angel Pilago, Chair; Brittany Smart, Vice-Chair; Pete Hoffmann and J Yoshimoto, Members. Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Ford, Hoffmann, Ikeda, Yagong , Yoshimoto, and Acting Chair Smart - 7. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Members Onishi and Pilago - 2.
