Schutte of Council District 9 to the County of Hawaii <br />Police Commission. Mr. Schutte is a lifelong resident of Hawaii County and a self - employed <br />cattle rancher. <br />Mr. Schutte is actively involved with the State /County Highways Litter Control Program. He <br />volunteers at Parker Ranch's annual Fourth of July events with their security staff. He was <br />also an active volunteer at the Kawaihae Transitional Shelter's feeding the homeless program. <br />Mr. Schutte states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
