Re: A Bill for an Ordinance to Amend Chapters 22 and 35 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983
(2005 Edition, as Amended) Relating to Publication Dispenser Racks Located Within
Established Business Improvement Districts.
Attached for your consideration is a Bill proposing amendments to Chapters 22 and 35 of the
Hawai`i County Code. The amendment to Chapter 22 is for the purpose of implementing the
proposed amendment to Chapter 35, Business Improvement Districts, which adds an entirely
new Article relating to Publication Dispensing Devices.
Please refer this matter to the appropriate committee meeting scheduled for January 31, 2012.
