AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 11 -59 AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2012
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11 -59, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in
the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2.

010.3305.75 State Grant — Wellhead Protection Financial Assistance Program General 250,000.00
Total $250,000.00
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the following
fund and expenditure account as set forth herein below:

010.121.5124.20.115 Honoka`a Sewer Connection Grant Program General $250,000.00
Total $250,000.00
SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon
completion of the program.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
