Mr. Ha's presentation was previously scheduled for December 6, but was postponed due
to a scheduling conflict. He is now available and would like to present his presentation
on the Association for the Study of Peak Oil (ASPO) Conference at the next Committee
meeting in Hilo. Please allow about 45 minutes for the presentation.
