On November 22, 2011, I submitted a request (Communication No. 470) on behalf of
Mr. Richard Ha to have a presentation in the Agriculture, Water and Energy
Sustainability Committee; however, Mr. Ha has since been invited by the Department of
Business and Economic Development to share his presentation at an event being held at
the Convention Center on O`ahu.
Due to the scheduling conflict, Mr. Ha would like to request a postponement of his
presentation to the Council. As soon as the Council calendar is finalized for 2012, my
staff will contact Mr. Ha and reschedule his presentation.
