EXPLANATION (Provide complete explanation):
The Division is in need of dry storage space for weather sensitive equipment, parts, and tools. The storage space
that was previously used needed to be demolished due its badly deteriorated condition.
Funds are available in the repairs to facilities account as other repairs can be deferred in order to meet this higher
priority need.
Funds are needed in the equipment account to purchase shipping containers to be used for storage.
