Pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
attorney - client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County Council
on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities
regarding the potential resolution of the above - entitled matter.
We ask that the above - entitled case be placed on the County Council's agenda for its
February 15, 2012, meeting in Hilo.
