SUBJECT: Transmitting request for an executive session on February 15, 2012 to discuss the
Hokuli`a/Oceanside 1250 (Civil#10-1-157K) regarding the motion to enforce
the settlement agreement and any other matters regarding Hokuli`a/Oceanside
1250
I request an Executive Session on the subject of Hokuli`a/ Oceanside 1250 (Civil #10-1-157K)
regarding the motion to enforce the settlement agreement that was heard in Court on January 30,
2012, and any other matters regarding Hokuli`a/ Oceanside 1250.
I request that this matter be placed on the council agenda on February 15, 2012.
