Zendo Kern. The applicants request a Change of Zone from Single-Family Residential— 10,000
square feet(RS-10)to Multiple-Family Residential—3,000 square feet(RM-3)to allow the
construction of a fourteen-unit apartment complex to provide housing for students attending the
University of Hawaii at Hilo.

will be made by representatives from the State of Hawai`i, Office of Planning,
Leo Asuncion and Shichao Li.
