I live in your district (Kailua View Estates) and I urge you to support the above
resolution to implement the Hawaii Complete Streets Law, Act 54 in Hawaii County.
In addition to allowing pedestrians and bicyclists fair access to our streets, communities
nationwide that implement complete streets find that their communities have increased
property values as communities that are walkable and bike friendly are desirable
communities in which to live.
