SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT:
SECTION 24-280 — DELETE NO PARKING AT ANYTIME ZONE
We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10 (Schedules), Division 5
(Parking), Section 24-280, Schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (f) (Kona),
be amended by deleting paragraph (25) and renumbering as required:
This amendment was generated in an effort to address the Hawai'i Police Department's
concerns in this area and their desire to convert this part of Kaahumanu Place to a no
stopping, standing, or parking zone instead.
A location map is attached for your reference.
