Subject: Res 117 -11 Support
It is getting more and more obvious each day that we cannot continue to rely on automobles
only for our mode of transportation. Think about all the problems we are facing today such as
energy crisis, polution, and our health issue. It only make sense to get off the car and walk or
bike as often as possile. However, current roads are not made for that and we, the biker and
walkers have to be afraid to do that. Let's have a vision for the future where EVERYONE can
share our roads. I am even thinking about horses and donkeys back on the roads! A little by
little we can make change, and this would be the first step for that. Probably, not the perfect
one and we will encounter some problems, but with our vision, I am sure we can move
forward.
