I urge you to support Resolution 171 -11 in support of a Hawaii County Complete Streets Policy. As we have
discussed in the past, it takes a NETWORK of roads, paths and trails to make a facility like the Waimea Trails
and Greenways work.
These are important facilities for the health of our community and it's people.
I stronly urge you to vote in support of Resolution 171 -11.
