I urge you to support Resolution 171 -11 in support of a Hawaii County Complete Streets Policy.
I bike to work 3 days a week and it's scary out there on our roads in Kailua Kona. I would love to see kids riding
their bikes to work, but it will have to get a lot safer before parents will allow this. This Resolution is a wonderful
thing that will make it happen some day.
I stronly urge you to vote in support of Resolution 171 -11.
