Dear Committee Chair Pilago : Since I began snorkelling in Hawaii in 1991, I have see a
huge drop in the numbers of tropical fish around the reefs. Tourists and locals both
enjoy seeing these fish, and it helps the local economy. Between collectors and
pollution, the numbers have dwindled. Please stop the collecting of fish. Mahalo.I can't
believe that it is so unregulated.
