Dear Committee Chair Pilago : I am in complete support of resolution 130 -11 which will
prevent the selling of Hawaii's marine wildlife to the aquarium trade, where they often
die within days of capture.
Hawaii's reef ecosystem is too fragile and precious to waste it on supplying a market that
has often shown itself unable to engage in sustainable or even sensible practices.
Thank you for considering this important issue.
