Dear Committee Chair Pilago : Dear Council Members, I support Res 130 -11 totally and with
all my being. I have wondered for many years how cetain individuals could be allowed to
take from our waters the precious resources of our islands. I have snorkeled for 50 years
in Hawaiian waters and don't find the amazing variety of colorful reef creatures we once
had. It seems to me that to allow a few to deplete OUR resources for their financial gain
is NOT in the interest of the general public of Hawaii. PLEASE consider and support this
bill. This aging snorkeler and her family will remember you as HEROES. aloha Lorna
