Subject: Plastic bag ban - Please leave us alone
Dear Council Members,
I would like to go on record as saying the Council should have bigger fish to fry (balance the
budget, do things that create jobs and the betterment of life for the many people unemployed or
underwater on their mortgages). Forget pushing more rules and regulations (all associated
with costs and a negative job impact).
We do not want plastic bags banned, nor do we want a building code that does not fit the Hawaii
lifestyle and would add tremendously to the already high cost of housing.
