THE NONPROFIT GRANT REVIEW PROCESS
From Human Services, Social Services and Public Safety Committee (HSSPSC) Chair
K. Angel Pilago, dated January 24, 2012, apprising Council Members, nonprofit agencies who
have submitted applications, and the public of the upcoming grant review process and the
assignment of an ad hoc committee created by the HSSPSC.

Comm. 563: PRESENTATION BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE TAKE-HOME
POLICE RADIO POLICY
From Council Member Brenda J. Ford, dated January 24, 2012, requesting the Police Department
to provide an update on the “Take-Home Police Radio” policy. On June 15, 2011, the Council
passed Resolution 78-11, which established this policy.
