SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 11, DIVISION 2, SECTION
24-3090F THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED),
RELATING TO PROHIBITED RIGHT TURN AREAS ON PRIVATE STREETS.
Attached please find an ordinance which amends the Traffic Code to add a new section relating to
prohibited right turns on private streets in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Subdivision.
I request that it be placed on the agenda in the appropriate committee for March 20, 2012.
