SUBJECT: Resolution No. 228-12, Draft 2, Relating to an Appropriation of Funds for
the Construction of an Adult Day Care Facility in Hilo
Please find attached Resolution No. 228-12, Draft 2. Resolution No. 228-12 was
amended at the March 8, 2012, Finance Committee Meeting. Council Member
Hoffmann made a floor amendment to correct the spelling of his name in the voting box
and it was seconded by Council Chair Yagong.
