Subject: Requesting Time for Update Report on County-wide Emergency Communications
System Project and Senator Daniel Inouye's Prioritization of Funding The Project
Requesting time at the next scheduled (April 3, 1012) Governmental Relations Committee to
present information regarding an updated project plan and RFP schedule of the above
captioned project. Attending will be Mike Anderson, Project Manager for Scientel Company
and County Civil Defense consultant who will be available to answer questions.
A copy of the updated project plan will be distributed prior to the meeting.
