SUBJECT: Resolution Accepting the Grant of Easement from Kaupakuea Farms, LLC
for Public Access Purposes
TMKs: 2-8-003:001
I am pleased to forward for your consideration and adoption a Resolution accepting a grant of
easement over the subject property for public access purposes.
This easement will provide pedestrian and vehicular public access to the Hilo Forest Reserve
from Kaupakuea Homestead Road Extension, a County of Hawaii road.
