Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Bill No. 203,
reports as follows:
• Bill No. 203, from Public Works Director Warren H. W. Lee, transmitted via
Communication No. 613, dated February 24, 2012, amends Chapter 24, Article 10,
Division 4, Section 24-276, Schedule 24, Crosswalks, subsection (g), by adding a new
item and renumbered as required: "( ) Kahakai Boulevard, two hundred forty-two feet
northwest of Punawai Street." This amendment identifies the location of the new
crosswalk fronting the Keonepoko Elementary School.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Bill No. 203, and recommends its passage on first reading.
